Director/Actor/Screenwriter

Tristan has been featured in several short films over the years, and is an extremely busy actor in the theatrical community of the San Francisco Bay Area.  To find out more about Tristan's work visit www.tristanthunderbolt.com.  He was even casted in four musicals in the Bay Area (yeah, deaf people in musicals, go figure!) He says that life has been very good to him!  Tristan has a passion to open the minds of those whose are closed minded of deaf actors.

One day Tristan came up with an idea;"if you want to make a film about your own ideas, then do it YOURSELF!"  Thanks to  guidance and inspiration from an Elder on his reservation, Broken Ears Production was born!  All films made by Broken Ears Productions consist actors with disabilities, and primarily people who are deaf and or hard of hearing.  Our projects  "pushes the envelope"; making people think, cry, get mad, laugh and sometimes just plain ole wild.  Our first project "The Deaf Warrior" is an action film that is filled with love and despair. It stars a Deaf actor who doesn't speak a word and only uses American Sign Language!  Look for our new project "Did You Know?", "Sugarless", "It's Amazing Grace" and "Kiss of the Devil".
